Booking Protocols

CarWosh acts as a sophisticated facilitator between vehicle owners and professional cleaning stations. All bookings are subject to real-time station availability and vehicle category verification.

  • Users must arrive within 10 minutes of their allocated slot.
  • Accurate car category selection is required for correct pricing.
  • Service completion times are estimates based on vehicle condition.

Professional Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of platform misuse or abusive behavior towards our station partners and their staff.

  • Cancellations must be processed directly through the dashboard.
  • Repeated 'No-Shows' may result in temporary booking restrictions.
  • Direct bypass of the platform for fee evasion is strictly prohibited.
